Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KlipLink (available at klipl.ink), including its QR code generation, link shortening, and landing page services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

KlipLink provides tools for link shortening, QR code creation, and dynamic landing page hosting. The service is offered globally but operated from the United Kingdom.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use KlipLink. If you are under the age of 13, you may only use the service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using KlipLink, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to use KlipLink for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• You must not create or distribute malicious content (e.g., phishing, malware).
• You are solely responsible for the content you link to or generate through our service.
• Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
• KlipLink reserves the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time, especially in cases of misuse, violation of these terms, or where legally required.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and technology on KlipLink, excluding user-generated content, is the intellectual property of KlipLink or its licensors. You may not duplicate, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service without prior consent.

6. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these terms periodically; continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of any revised terms.

8. Third-Party Services

KlipLink may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Google reCAPTCHA). We are not responsible for their practices and recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

KlipLink is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

12. Subscriptions and Billing

KlipLink operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing to one of our plans, you agree to pay the applicable fees in accordance with the pricing and billing terms presented to you at the time of purchase.

Billing and Renewal

All subscriptions are billed in advance and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually), unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize KlipLink to charge the payment method provided for all applicable fees.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by either:

• Accessing your account settings via the KlipLink dashboard; or
• Emailing our support team at support@klipl.ink.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the service until that time, and no further charges will be made.

Refund Policy

In accordance with UK consumer law, you may be entitled to a refund if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase. After this period, all payments are considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
