By accessing or using KlipLink (available at klipl.ink), including its QR code generation, link shortening, and landing page services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
KlipLink provides tools for link shortening, QR code creation, and dynamic landing page hosting. The service is offered globally but operated from the United Kingdom.
Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use KlipLink, or the minimum age required by the laws of your country, whichever is higher. Users under the applicable age of digital consent must use the service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian and must not provide any personal information without consent. By using KlipLink, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

We reserve the right to remove or block any content that we reasonably determine violates these rules, even if it is not explicitly listed above.
All content and technology on KlipLink, excluding user-generated content, is the intellectual property of KlipLink or its licensors. You may not duplicate, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service without prior consent.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these terms periodically; continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of any revised terms.
KlipLink may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Google reCAPTCHA). We are not responsible for their practices and recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies.
KlipLink is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KlipLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
KlipLink’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to KlipLink in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
KlipLink shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including outages, third-party service failures, or acts of God.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KlipLink, its officers, directors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms of Service.
KlipLink does not actively monitor, review, or verify the content of links, QR codes, or landing pages created by users. While we may take action in our discretion to remove or block content that violates these Terms or applicable law, we have no obligation to do so and make no guarantees regarding prohibited content.
The service is provided for general informational and utility purposes only. You acknowledge that you do not rely on KlipLink to verify, validate, or endorse any destination content, and you use the service at your own risk.
Sections relating to liability, indemnification, prohibited content, and governing law shall survive termination or expiration of your account or use of the KlipLink service.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

KlipLink operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing to one of our plans, you agree to pay the applicable fees in accordance with the pricing and billing terms presented to you at the time of purchase.
All subscriptions are billed in advance and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually), unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize KlipLink to charge the payment method provided for all applicable fees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by either:
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the service until that time, and no further charges will be made.
In accordance with UK consumer law, you may be entitled to a refund if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase. After this period, all payments are considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
